Step 1. Go to OKRs menu under OKR module from the left sidebar
Step 2. Click on the Add button
Step 3. In the New OKR page, fill the following details:
1. Enter the Objective
2. Select the Cycle
3. Select the Category
4. Select the Type: Personal, Department, Company. If the OKR belongs to Personal, you can choose an employee to be responsible for checking this OKR.
If the OKR belongs to the Department, you must choose the department responsible for checking this OKR and only employees in this department who are authorized to have OKR Check-in will be able to checkin.
If OKR belongs to Company,only employees of the company authorized to have OKR Check-in will be able to checkin.
5. Select the Person assigned
6. Select the Parent OKRs
7. Select the Parent key result
8. Select the Display: Public or Private.
If you choose the Public, this OKR will be displayed on the OKR list and everyone can see it
If you choose the Private, only the OKR creator can see this OKR and only this person can checkin.
9. Select the Reference OKR
10. Enter the Key results
11. Choose attachment file
Step 4. Click on the Save butotn
Edit OKR
Only OKRs with Unfinished status can be edited,
Finish OKRs cannot be edited.
Step 1. Go to OKRs menu under OKR module from the left sidebar
Step 2.Select the OKR need to be edited and click Edit
Step 3.Make the necessary changes and click Save button
Delete OKR
Step1. Select the OKR need to be deleted and click Deleted
Step 2. Confirm your selection in the following pop-up. The OKR will be deleted.
