OKRs Permission

Users can access the modules based on their permission. 

Admin: has unrestricted access to all the modules. You as an admin, can assign permission for role or specific employees.

Add Permission 

    • Step 1. Go to Setup menu from the left sidebar -> click the Staff menu -> select an employee -> click the Permission tab 

      Or go to Setup menu from the left sidebar -> click the Roles menu -> select a role and click Edit
    • Step 3. Select the necessary permissions
       
      • OKR Dashboard - View: employees can see Dashboard menu

      • OKRs-View: employees can see OKRs management page and view OKR detail 
      • OKRs-Create: employees can create OKRs
      • OKRs-Edit: Employees who are authorized to edit OKRs can only edit personal OKRs and cannot edit their own OKRs (company and department) or company OKRs or other departmental OKRs.
      • OKRs-Edit Company OKRs: Employees who are authorized to edit company OKRs can only edit OKRs belonging to the Company and cannot edit OKRs created by themselves (department and personal) or departmental OKRs or other individual OKRs.
      • OKRs-Edit Department OKRs: Employees who are authorized to edit department OKRs can only edit departmental OKRs and cannot edit their own created OKRs (company and personal) or company OKRs or other personal OKRs.
      • OKRs-Delete: Employees who are authorized to delete OKRs can only delete personal OKRs and cannot delete their own created OKRs (company and department) or company OKRs or other departmental OKRs.
      • OKRs-Delete Company OKRs: Employees who are authorized to delete company OKRs can only delete OKRs belonging to the Company and cannot delete OKRs created by themselves (department and personal) or departmental OKRs or other personal OKRs.
      • OKRs-Delete Department OKRs: Employees who are authorized to delete department OKRs can only delete departmental OKRs and cannot delete their own created OKRs (company and personal) or company OKRs or other personal OKRs.

      • OKR Check-in - View: the employees can only check in OKRs for which they are responsible.
      • OKR Check-in - Checkin Company OKRs: the employee has the right to check in all the OKRs of the company type and the OKRs for which the employee is responsible
      • OKR Check-in - Checkin Department OKRs: the employees have the right to check in departmental OKRs and OKRs for which the employee is responsible

      • OKR Reports - View: employees can see OKRs report page

      • OKR Settings - View: employees can see OKRs Setting page
      • OKR Settings - Create: employees can create OKR setting 
      • OKR Settings - Edit: employees can edit OKR setting 
      • OKR Settings - Delete : employees can delete OKR setting 

    If you assign permissions by role, you need to check the Update all staff members permissions that are using this role option.
