This data is used for the Assets menu.

Assets column: statistics of the number of asset belong to this model.

Add New Model

To add a new model to your organization:

• Step 1. Go to Settings menu under Fixed Equipment module from the left sidebar -> Select the Models menu
  
• Step 2. Click on the Add button on the top.
  

• Step 3. In the Add Model popup, fill the following details:
   
  
  1. Enter the Model Name.
  2. Select the Manufacturer.
  3. Select the Category. Only displays data of the asset category type.
  4. Enter the EOL
  5. Users may request this model: if selected, the employee can create a request (at Requested menu) for the assets belong to this model
  6. Select the Fieldset
  7. Enter the Note
  8. Upload the image
     

• Step 4. Click Save button 

Edit Model

To edit the details of an existing model:

• Step 1. Go to Settings menu under Fixed Equipment module from the left sidebar -> Select the Models menu.
• Step 2. Hover over the model to be edited and click Edit
  

• Step 3. Make the necessary changes.
  
• Step 4. Click Save

Delete Model

If a model is no longer operational, you can delete it. To delete a model:

• Step 1. Go to Settings menu under Fixed Equipment module from the left sidebar -> Select the Models menu.
• Step 2. Hover over the model to be deleted and click  Delete

• Step 3. Confirm your selection in the following pop-up. The model will be deleted.
  

View Model Detail

• Step 1. Go to Settings menu under Fixed Equipment module from the left sidebar -> Select the Models menu.
• Step 2. Hover over the model and click  View

• Step 3. Show assets list of this model
