Add New Asset Manufacturer

To add a new manufacturer to your organization:

• Step 1. Go to Settings menu under Fixed Equipment module from the left sidebar -> Select the Asset Manufacturers menu
  
• Step 2. Click on the Add button on the top.
  
  
• Step 3. In the Add Asset Manufacturers popup, fill the following details:
   
  
  1. Name: The official name of the asset manufacturer (e.g., Dell, HP, Lenovo).
  2. URL: The manufacturer’s official website URL. Useful for quick reference.
  3. Support URL: Link to the support or help center page of the manufacturer.
  4. Support Phone: The phone number customers can call for manufacturer support.
  5. Support Email: Email address for customer support or warranty-related inquiries.
  6. Upload image: Upload the manufacturer’s logo or related image. This helps in easy visual identification throughout the system.

• Step 4. Click Save button 

Edit Asset Manufacturers

To edit the details of an existing asset manufacturer:

• Step 1. Go to Settings menu under Fixed Equipment module from the left sidebar -> Select the Asset Manufacturers menu.
• Step 2. Hover over the asset manufacturer to be edited and click Edit
  
  
• Step 3. Make the necessary changes.
  
• Step 4. Click Save

Delete Asset Manufacturers

If an asset manufacturer is no longer operational, you can delete it. To delete an asset manufacturer:

• Step 1. Go to Settings menu under Fixed Equipment module from the left sidebar -> Select the Asset Manufacturers menu.
• Step 2. Hover over the asset manufacturer to be deleted and click  Delete
  
  
• Step 3. Confirm your selection in the following pop-up. The asset manufacturer will be deleted.
