- The list of leads to run the campaign will be taken from 2 sources: Segment and Form.
+ Segment: Create a segment and configure filter configuration. The lead list of the segment is filtered from the list of leads available in the lead menu through the filter.
+ Form: Create a form in the menu Component -> Form. The lead list of the Form will be obtained from the users who enter the Form.
- When creating a campaign in the Workflow design step, Node Flow start will be the list of leads to run the campaign. You can choose from segment or form.
Currently, the system has not yet set up the requirement to send emails automatically on fixed days and repeat monthly. The system can only handle the sending emails only on fixed days in a fixed month. You will have to design workflow builder according to the following conditions (The date I mentioned is set according to: (dd/mm/yyyy):
- If you want to send Email automatically on the 1st, 3rd, 5th of a fixed month (eg 01/03/2023, 03/03/2023, 05/03/2023) then you an set the email sending time like Image 1. From the example of image 1, the system will automatically send emails on 03/01/2023, 03/03/2023, 05/03/2023 for Leads added to the form before the email is about to be sent. But setting a specific date like this won't work if there are many days in the month that need to be emailed to Lead and the leads added to the form after March 5, 2023 will not receive an email
- If you send email to lead after a fixed period: For example, you will send an email once every 2 days, you can set the email delivery time like image 2. For image 2, the system will run in the following order: if the campaign is created on February 27, 2023, When the cron job starts running, the system will record the campaign running on February 27, 2023, Emails will be sent on 01/03/2023, 03/03/2023, 05/03/2023 respectively. After 03/05/2023 emails will not automatically be sent to Lead
- Step 1: Select Setup -> select Customers -> Select Group -> Create group data (image 1)
- Step 2: Go to Customer -> Categorize customers according to the created group (image 2)
- Step 3: Create Campaign -> Select Customers and select Customer Groups
Currently the system has updated the conditions to be able to filter all Customers / filter by Group / Filter by Active / Filter by Inactive
- If you want to select all customers, you can leave the Group field blank and select Send to "All"
- If you want to select all customers in Group 1, you can select "Group 1" and Send to "All"

Currently, the system does not support manual change of points for leads. If you want to change the lead score then I have a way, it's a bit complicated because it has to go through many steps: you can create a common tag for the leads that need to change the score, then create a Segment to filter the list of leads, then run the campaign and change the score. But this only changes a specific number of points for the lead list.
To schedule and start the campaign, you just need to select the start and end dates. Then the cron job runs, if the time is valid with the current time, the campaign will run
If the campaign has finished running all nodes in WorkFlow and no new Leads have been added, then even if the time is valid, the campaign will not run anymore because there are no new Leads.
+ Method 1: You can go to Setup -> Settings -> Email -> Set up information about email configurations that you have registered before (image 1)
Then, you go to MA module -> Email configuration -> Select System default SMTP (Image 2 - MA will use the system's email configuration to send email)
+ Method 2: If you do not use the system's configuration, you can configure the MA module to send a separate email -> Select Email configuration -> Select Other SMTP -> Enter the information you have registered before (Image 3)
There will be 3 ways: Create segment or create Form for Lead and Create group for Customers
+ For creating segments: the system will get contacts from Module Lead. When creating a Campaign, we will choose the segment containing the corresponding list of Leads
+ For Form: You design the form, then attach the form on the websites you need to collect Lead information -> from there you have a list of Leads who have submitted the form -> Then you create a Campaign -> Select the corresponding form is able to get the contact list to run the campaign
+ For Customer, you create a group for Customer -> Then create a campaign -> Select the corresponding customer group -> the system will get a list of customers to run the campaign
Currently, Segment has not filtered by Customers.
But if you want to run Campaign for Customer, you can categorize customers by groups
- Step 1: Select Setup -> select Customers -> Select Group -> Create group data (image 1)
- Step 2: Go to Customer -> Categorize customers according to the created group (image 2)
- Step 3: Create Campaign -> Select Customers and select Customer Groups
- Step 1: Select MA module -> Settings -> Form Custom CSS
- Step 2: Enter the design CSS code for the Form
- Step 3: Create Form and check the display of Style
The Lead list in the Lead Tab of the menus will be displayed after running the Campaign with the Form / Segment selected containing the corresponding Lead list. Leads list in Lead tab screen cannot be imported
- For example 1 (when creating a campaign, choose to get the list of Leads from the form): You create a form to collect customer information, customers submit information to the form, the system will get a list of Leads from the form -> When designing the Campaign, you choose the Form that already contains the Lead list -> Next you send an email to the Lead -> then select the cron job to run the campaign -> the Leads in the Form will be emailed -> From there, The Lead tab of the Email / Email Template / Campaign screen will display a list of Leads that have been emailed
- For example 2: When you create a Segment, you will create a filter and get a list of Leads from the Leads menu screen -> Then in the Lead tab screen of Segment, a list of leads will be displayed
- Similarly, to display the Lead in the Stage / Point screen, .., we also have to design the Workflow and select the Form / Segment with the Lead list first -> Then proceed to move the Lead to the stage or add points to the Lead -> run Cron job -> Then the Lead tab (Stage / Point, ..) will display the list of Leads transferred to Stage or added points.

- New update will change Email/SMS design structure. You can design email / SMS for many languages, then the system based on Lead's language will send the corresponding language to Leads, from there can connect closer with Leads. (In the previous version, all Leads received emails in only one language)
- Because of the different design structure, all email templates, SMS templates, SMS, Email will lose the old design. We've just updated it so you can get your pre-designed templates back -> PLEASE update to the latest version. After that, please go to Module management menu -> Select Upgrade Database function -> The system will default to put the old designs in the "English" language.

- The Segments screen is used to create segments, which will then filter Lead / Customer lists from the Leads Module/ Customers module. For example, segmenting leads aged 20 to 30, segmenting customers of the same country,... -> From there you can send separate emails to these subjects
- After getting the list of subjects you need to email. You will create a campaign. Campaign is understood as customer care campaigns or promoting your products by sending automatic emails / SMS, etc. You will have to create actions such as designing Email / SMS. Add/deduct points, change status, change Segment,... The general purpose is also to get a list of Leads/Customer most interested in your product to have more differentiated customer care activities. Or Campaign can also be used to send emails/SMS to remind customers about discount programs, to attract purchases.
- For problem 1: It will depend on your setup.
+ If you allow Lead Deletion after converting Lead to Customer. Then the Campaign will stop performing activities for the Lead in the Campaign. If the Lead has just been converted into a customer and matches the criteria of the campaign created for the customer, the new campaign will start running for the new customer.
+ If you do not allow Lead deletion after Converting to Customer, campaigns that match the Lead can still interact with the Lead. If the new customer matches the criteria of the Campaign created for the customer, the system will also interact with the newly converted customer.
And note, if a campaign has been completed and no new leads have been generated, that Campaign will not run a second time. You must create a new campaign to run it.
- For problem 2: You can include a customer in a campaign. You can filter Customers by Group, or filter by the fields we provide to create campaigns for customers
