Recruitment Management module for Perfex CRM

Recruitment form created to assign to campaigns. When the campaign is displayed on the Recruitment Portal, the candidate can enter the application information. From there, you will know which position the candidate is applying for.

If you use the link of the recruitment form to create a job posting without going through the Campaign, when the candidate applies the information, it will not be able to identify the candidate's position (but still collect and store the information). candidate to the Candidate Profile screen).

So if you want to put the form on the website, you can create a recruitment form, then create a Campaign -> select the corresponding recruitment form, then allow it to be displayed on the Recruitment Portal -> use the link on the Recruitment Portal to assign other website.

Currently the system does not have a function to send mass emails to all the candidates new or specific roles, but can only send bulk emails to manually selected candidates.


Currently the Recruitment module does not use Tags to classify by profession, but you can use custom field to differentiate candidates by industry.

You can upload additional documents to the candidate's profile through the candidate's Edit profile function.


Although uploading can only upload 1 file, but can edit many times and store many files.

- Currently the system has a restriction on the file upload extension (You can set it in Setup -> Setting -> Allowed file type). 

When an anonymous candidate or a candidate with an account uploads the profile to the system, it must match the established file extension -> The system cannot automatically determine if the file is malicious or not, but can only bind the file extensions

- For candidates with an account, they can log in to the system and change their password -> Information security of recruitment is similar to that of employees.

=> Maybe you are using an old version, so on form builder when you create to get information from candidates (eg name, email ... some more Custom File fields of guests are displayed. leads -> Due to the fact that when you create "Recruitment channel -> form Builder" there will be no custom fields, by default the required fields of candidate information are already displayed)

=> Solution: update the new version again, then in "Recruitment channel -> form Builder" delete the custom fields you used to create "Form Builder" -> save -> try again submit form

Now when you see the details of the interview schedule, you can add comments in the "Interview Comments" tab. 


Send Email welcome for New Candidate function: If selected, when the candidate registers an account at the Recruitment Portal screen, the system will automatically email the candidate with the login information.


And when you create a candidate directly at the Candidate Profile screen, the system will also send an automatic Email to the candidate with the login information.

You can generate data sequentially according to the following screens:

After recruitment information is displayed on the Recruitment Portal, candidates will either register for an account or not. Candidates apply for the position, information will be stored on the Candidate Profile screen. Candidate will also log in to their account in a separate portal to manage Candidate-related information such as: personal information, applied positions, interview schedule,...

We will then create an interview schedule for the candidate through the Interview Schedule screen

To evaluate candidates after the interview, we need to create data on the Evaluation criteria screen, Evaluation form and the candidate must come from the campaign.
