Vendors in Reputation Module

The Vendor screen is used to create and store vendor information. From here, you can create tasks related to the corresponding vendor to manage your desired work.

1. New Vendors

Select the "New Vendor" function -> Proceed to enter the necessary information.




2. Import Vendors

Select the "Import Vendors" function on the screen -> Then select the "Download a sample" function -> Proceed to enter data into the file -> Then upload it back to the system.

 


3. View Vendors

Select the View function corresponding to the Vendor whose information you wish to see. On this screen, you can also edit the Vendor's data.

The Contact screen is used to create individual contacts for the Vendor




4. Create a Task ralated to a Vendor

Select the "Task" screen -> Select the "New Task" function -> Choose "Related To" as "Vendor"

 


5. Delete a Vendor

Select the Delete function corresponding to the data you want to delete.
