When creating Quotation, Purchase order, Debit note and Purchase Invoice transactions, if "Load items by vendor" option is enabled, the item is loaded according to the selected vendor.
Step 1. Go to the Purchase module in the left sidebar and select Vendor-Items menu
Step 2. Click New button
Step 3. In the Vendor-Items page, fill the following details: 1. Select one or more vendors 2. Select the Group Items and Items
Step 4. Click Save After successful saving, this item will be displayed in the corresponding vendor's Public items tab
