Please note, you need to upgrade the database before using this version.

1. Add an option for Fuel Type

Select Settings -> Select the Fuel Types screen -> Create the desired values. The Fuel Type data will be used for the Fuel menu screen

2. Add an option for Fuel Unit

Select Settings -> Select the Fuel Units screen -> Create the desired values. The Fuel Unit data will be used for the Fuel menu screen

The system will use Gallons (US) as the default unit. You can select a different default unit for the system to display when creating Fuel.

However, you can only use one single unit for any fuel type. Therefore, if the unit you change might affect old data (e.g., from liters to barrels), you need to ensure the old data has been converted to the correct unit's figures, as this will also affect your reports

3. Hide the Booking screen from the Client Portal for some customer groups

4. Import Vehicles

Select the Vehicles menu screen -> Select the Import function -> Download a sample -> Edit the excel file. Note that required data must be entered correctly according to the system's default data, such as Vehicle type, Status, and Ownership.
