Type of Leave

Used to create leave types not available in the Timesheets & Leave module. This data will be used for norms of leave setting, approval processing setting  and leave application.

Add Type of Leave

To add a new type of leave to your organization

  • Step 1. Go to Settings menu under Timesheets & Leave module from the left sidebar
  • Step 2. Select the Type of leave menu and click on the New button
  • Step 3. In the Input a new type of leave popup, fill the following details:

    1. Enter the Type of leave
    2. Enter the Character
  • Step 4. Click on the Save button

Edit Type of Leave

To edit the details of an existing type of leave:

  • Step 1. Go to Settings menu under Timesheets & Leave module from the left sidebar
  • Step 2.Select the Type of leave menu -> Select the type of leave need to edit and click Edit 

  • Step 3. Make the necessary changes and click Save button 

Delete Type of Leave

If the type of leave is no longer operational, you can delete it. To delete the type of leave:

  • Step 1. Go to Settings menu under Timesheets & Leave module from the left sidebar
  • Step 2. Select the Type of leave menu -> Select the type of leave need to delete and click Delete

  • Step 3. Confirm your selection in the following pop-up. The type of leave will be deleted.
