Transactions Menu in In Service Management

  Ø The Transactions screen is used to display a list of the customer's corresponding service packages that have been paid and the time of service use.
Ø The state of the data is manually converted, will update automatically change the state in the next version
Ø The Renewal Service function is used to extend the service package of the customer. If the Service has a Complete status, the Renewal Service function will not be displayed


     1. View details of Transactions

     - Step 1: Select the Transactions screen -> Select the View function corresponding to the service information of the customer to see details

     

      

      -         Step 2: The system will display a screen containing the details of the Order corresponding to the customer's paid service

     


     * Explanation:

   o   The Order Detail tab will display the detailed information of the Order corresponding to the customer's service

   o   The Service Details tab will display a list of services that the customer has paid for in this Order. Data taken from the Services screen


      2. Service extension

     Ø Service renewal function will be displayed in the following 2 cases:
    o   When the customer's paid service plan has a status of Expired (Status = Expired)
    o   When the customer's paid service package is close to the expiration date or has expired (based on the end date of the registered service package)
·        If the service package is of "Day" type, it can be extended 1 day in advance
·        If the service package is of the “Month” category, it can be extended 3 days in advance
·        If the service package is in the “Year” category, it can be extended 30 days in advance
·        If the service package has not yet expired but has been changed to Expired status, the Renewal Service function will be displayed

      

      

          To extend the service package for customers, we do the following:

-         Step 1: At the Transactions screen -> Select the Renewal Service function corresponding to the service package that needs to be extended for the customer

     


     - Step 2: The system will automatically generate an invoice corresponding to the service package name, current price of the package, quantity, current tax. If the renewal service package matches the discount conditions, the system will display and calculate the corresponding price

    

      

       * Note:

  ü Service packages that are successfully invoiced will be changed to Complete status and no longer display the Renewal Service function
  ü If the payment for the invoice has been renewed, the system will automatically create a new service package line with the status of Service has been Renewal, the starting time at the time of payment and the ending time is calculated according to the corresponding service package. in the Transactions screen.
