Training process for employees
Create Type of trainings -> Create Training Libraries -> Create Training Programs -> Training Results
- Step 1: Select the HR Records module -> Settings -> Select the Type of trainings screen -> Select the Add function
- Step 2: The system will open a screen called Add type of training -> We proceed to enter data -> Then select SAVE to save the operation
- Step 3: Go to the Training Libraries screen -> Select the Add function to create a set of questions in the question library
- Step 4: The system will display the Add new screen -> Proceed to enter the necessary data -> Then click Save
*Explain:
o The Training type field is used to select the skill type
o Name field is used to enter the name of the questionnaire
- Step 5: After successfully saving, the system will display the Training questions screen -> Select Add Another question -> Checkbox -> Enter data for the question.
*Explain:
o Required field, if selected, the corresponding question will be required to choose the answer, cannot be left blank
o Score field is used to enter the score for the question if the answer is correct
o Select the function to add another answer
o Select the function to delete the answer
o Select the function to delete the question and the corresponding answer
- Step 6: Select the function to preview the design of the questionnaire. Sentences marked with * are mandatory answers and cannot be left blank
- Step 7: Navigate to the Training Programs screen -> Select the Add function
- Step 8: The system will display the Add new screen -> Proceed to enter the necessary data -> Then click Save to save the operation or select Close to close the screen and cancel the operation just done.
*Explain:
o The Training program name field is used to enter the name of the training program
o The Training type field is used to select the skill type. When selecting a skill type, the Training program item field will display a set of questions corresponding to the selected skill type. This set of questions is taken from the Training Libraries screen
o The Minimum point field is used to enter the minimum number of points the employee must achieve upon completion of this training program. If the number of points achieved is lower than the required number, the system will display the status of the employee who has not completed the training (at the employee Profile screen -> Training).
o The Additional training program for staff , if selected, will be used to select employees for this training program. Multiple employees can be selected at once. If you do not select Additional training program for staff, the training program will be for employees in the selected job position.
- Step 9: Select the Training menu -> Select Training results -> When the employee completes the test, the results will be displayed on this screen.
