· Step 1. Select Yes at "Sync from Sage Accounting to system " to allow data to be synchronized from Sage Accounting to CRM system à then select Save
· Step 2. Create customer, invoice, payment and expense in Sage Accounting
· Step 3. Go to Management menu under the Sage Accounting integration module to synchronize data.
Customers and transactions will automatically sync from Sage Accounting to CRM based on cron configuration on your server.
Or you can also manually synchronize each customer, invoice, payment and expense. Note: you must synchronize the customer first, then synchronize that customer's expenses and invoices. Payment will only be synchronized after the invoice has been synchronized.
If a customer or transaction is updated again on Sage Accounting, you can synchronize it back to CRM by clicking on "Synchronize data from accounting system" button.
Transactions downloaded from Sage Accounting to CRM also have a status of "Synchronized".
Note: if you click on “Run Cron Manually” data will be synchronized from CRM to Sage Accounting, and from Sage Accounting to CRM.
