Synchronize data from CRM system to FreshBooks

·        Step 1. Select Yes at "Sync from system to FreshBooks" to allow data to be synchronized from CRM system to FreshBooks à then select Save


·        Step 2. Create customer, invoice, payment and expense in CRM system

       Step 3. Go to Management menu under the Freshbooks integration module to synchronize data.

Customers and transactions will automatically sync from CRM to Freshbooks based on cron configuration on your server.

Or you can also manually synchronize each customer, invoice, payment and expense. Note: you must synchronize the customer first, then synchronize that customer's expenses and invoices. Payment will only be synchronized after the invoice has been synchronized.


If a customer or transaction is updated again on CRM , you can synchronize it back to Freshbooks by clicking 

If status is “Synchronized”, the data has been synced to Freshbooks


If status is “Not synchronized yet”, the data has not been synchronized to Freshbooks. If synchronization or resynchronization fails, you can know the reason for failed synchronization in the "Error message" column.
