The Summary screen will
display an overview of the Project's key metrics.
First, you can select the desired Project, then choose Filter to sort for the desired values
Mentions:
Statistics on the total number of Mentions within the filtered time period.
Social Media Mentions:
Statistics on the total number of Social Media Mentions (Facebook, X, YouTube,
Instagram) within the filtered time period.
Non-Social Mentions:
Statistics on the total number of Mentions not categorized as Social Media
(Google News) within the filtered time period.
Social Media Interactions:
Statistics on the total number of interactions (Likes, Shares, Comments)
received by Social Media mentions within the filtered time period.
SM Reach:
Statistics on the total number of unique users who saw these Social Media
mentions within the filtered time period.
Social Media Likes:
Statistics on the total number of Likes received by Social Media mentions
within the filtered time period.
Video:
Statistics on the total number of videos containing keywords found by the
system, of YouTube type, within the filtered time period.
Positive Mentions:
Statistics on the total number and percentage of Positive mentions within the
filtered time period.
Negative Mentions: Statistics on the total number and percentage of Negative mentions within the filtered time period.
Mention Chart: Statistics on the total number of Mentions per day within the given time period.
Social Media Reach Chart: Statistics on the total Reach within the time period (meaning the total number of unique users who saw that comment or post, categorized as Social Media)
Mentions by Category Chart: Percentage of Mentions by Type
Tags:
Statistics on the total number of Mentions based on Tags within the filtered
time period.
Stats:
Statistics on the number of Mentions by type: Non-Social, Social Media, Video,
Social Media Shares, and Social Media Likes within the filtered time period.
