• Audit on PC
  If the PC belongs to the Windows operating system, it must have Droidcam software, and the mobile device of the Android operating system must have the Droidcam application.
  If the PC is under MacOS, it must have ivcam software, and if it is mobile, it must have the ivcam application.
  In case the operating system of the PC is different from the operating system of the mobile, use the SyncDroid application
  • Step 1. At the Assets screen ->select the assets and click on the Print QR code 
    
    
  • Step 2. Redirect to PDF  page containing QR code of selected assets
    
    
  • Step 3. Open applications, software on mobile and PC -> Proceed to connect mobile to PC -> Then select Start function
    
  • Step 4. Hover the audit and click Detail
    

Step 5. Click on Scan QRcode button 

Step 6. The system will display the camera screen connected from the mobile to the PC -> Scan the QR code image of the asset created in step 2. When the scan is successful, the system will display a blue border to confirm the image has been successfully checked, and the quantity in the adjust field of the respective property is also updated.

Step 7. After completing step 6, click on the Submit button. 

• Audit on mobile
  • Step 1. Employees use the phone and log in to the admin page
  • Step 2. View audit detail -> click on Scan QR code 
  • Step 3. The system will display the Scan QR code screen -> Scan the asset's QR code to update it into the system. When the scan is successful, the system will display a blue border to confirm that the image has been successfully checked, and the quantity in the adjust field of the corresponding property is also updated. When scanning is complete, select Stop Scanning function to stop scanning.
    
    
  • After completing step 3, click on the Submit button.
