Employees can see the Approvals screen.

When employees are selected as the person responsible for approving Property, they will see the Properties that need to be approved in the company. They won't be able to see the properties that need to be approved by the agent

Note: if an employee is only granted View Own permissions to the Properties screen, they will only be able to see the Properties that need their approval

Employees see the Approval function for approval

View Own

Employees can see property buy requests created by employees themselves and requests from customers whose properties are sold by employees themselves

Employees can see the company's property buy requests from customers and colleagues
