To enable Business Brokers to register and log in, the super admin needs to enable the "Show Business Brokers" function in Settings.
1. Property Owners
Business Brokers can only see the Property Owners they have created. They cannot see Property Owners created by the Company, Agents, or other Business Brokers
2. Properties
Business Brokers can only see the Properties they have
created. They cannot see Properties created by the Company, Agents, or other
Business Brokers.
If a company employee or an agent assigns Properties
to a Business Broker, then the Business Broker can see those Properties.
Business Brokers also have the permissions to create, edit, view, delete,
filter, and view on a map properties.
Please note: Properties created by Business Brokers do not require approval, and Business Brokers cannot use the "Assign to Business Brokers" function.
3. Buy Requests
Business Brokers can create and manage Buy Requests
for their clients.
Business Brokers cannot see Buy Requests created by
the Company, Agents, or other Business Brokers.
If a client creates a Buy Request from a Business Broker's information, the Business Broker will be able to view that request.
4. Invoices
Business Brokers can see invoices generated from their own Buy Requests.
5. Contracts
Business Brokers can see contracts generated from their own Buy Requests.

6.1. Vacant sale property report: List of vacant properties for sale
6.2. Unit property sold report: Detailed report of all properties sold
7. Dashboard
The Dashboard screen will display statistics specifically for the Business Broker (excluding values for the Company, Agents and other Business Brokers).
SALE INCOME:
Total income generated from properties sold by the business broker.
FOR SALE: Total number of
properties listed for sale by the business broker (including Sold and Selling).
SOLD: Total number of
properties sold by the business broker.
SELLING: Total number of
properties currently listed for sale by the business broker.
Property Status Chart:
Chart displaying the number of the business broker's properties by status.
Report Sale Requests By Status Chart:
Chart displaying the number of buy requests by status for the business broker's
properties.
Report Sale Request by Property Type Chart:
Chart displaying the number of buy requests by property type for the business
broker's properties.
Report by Top City Properties: Statistics of cities with the highest number of properties (both for sale and rent) owned by the Business Broker
