Reset Data in Quality Control

The Reset Data feature is designed to permanently delete all quality-related data from the system, including:

  • QCP (Quality Control Points)
  • QC (Quality Checks)
  • QA (Quality Assessments)

This function is typically used during initial system setup, testing, or when the organization needs to purge all existing Quality Control records for a fresh start.

⚠️ Warning: This action is irreversible and will permanently remove all quality data from the system.


Step-by-Step Instructions:

  • Step 1. Go to Quality module →  Settings →  Reset Data menu
  • Step 2. Click on the "Reset Data" button.

  • Step 3. A confirmation popup will appear with a warning message. Click "OK" to confirm

    After confirmation, the system will delete:
    • All Quality Control Points (QCP)
    • All Quality Check records (QC)
    • All Quality Assessments (QA)
