The Reports screen is used to display reports related to the data in the Digital Contract module.

1.  Performance Report

Displays the list of Contracts and their corresponding approval time (calculated in hours). If a contract is approved past the bound number of days, it will be displayed in red.

2. Addendum by Type Report 

Displays the quantity of Addendums corresponding to the Addendum type.

3. Contract by Counterparty Type Report 

Displays a report on the number of contracts compared to the Counterparty Type.

4. Detail Counterparty Report

Displays a report comparing the Counterparty with the number of Contracts and the number of Signed Contracts (Counterparty vs No. of Contracts vs No. of Contracts Signed).

5. Contract by Staff

Displays a report comparing the Staff member with the number of contracts they created, the number of contracts created by the staff that have been Approved / Rejected / Pending Signature / and Fully Signed.

Note: The number of contracts is tracked according to the Contract's Effective Date.
