Prepare data: Go to Settings menu under Inventory module from the left sidebar -> Select the General menu -> Select Items tab -> Select the information to display when printing barcodes. 

Barcode Printing Guide

Print All

• Step 1. Click Barcode Printing button. 
  
  
• Step 2. Check the Select all (if the number of items is small) -> enter Print Qty -> click  Confirm button. 
  
  

Print Qty: Enter the number of barcodes you want to print for each item.

Print Item Selected 

• Step 1. Click Barcode Printing button
  
• Step 2.  Check Select item ->search and select items -> enter Print Qty -> click Confirm button

Custom Barcode Size Settings (Optional)

You can customize the barcode size and layout if needed.

• Step 1: Select Items
  Select all items (if the number of items is small), or
  Select specific items (recommended).
• Step 2: Set Print Quantity
  Enter the Print Qty, which is the number of barcodes to print for each selected item.
• Step 3. Choose Paper Type
  • Printer Sticker Paper Roll: Use this option when printing with a barcode printer and roll paper
  • A4: Use this option when printing on A4 paper.
• Step 4. Select Label Size
  Choose one option from Standard Label Sizes.
  Layout & Dimension Settings
  • Number of Label in Row: Number of barcodes displayed in one row.
  • Number of Row: Number of rows per page (A4 only; not applicable for paper roll).
  • Label Width (mm): Width of each barcode label.
  • Label Height (mm): Height of each barcode label.
  • Horizontal Distance (mm): Distance from the left edge of Barcode A to the left edge of Barcode B (within the same row).
  • Vertical Distance (mm): Distance from the top of Barcode A to the top of Barcode C (between rows).
  • Distance from Page Left (mm): Left margin of the page.
  • Distance from the Top of the Page (mm): Top margin of the page.

        You may adjust these values to fit your printing requirements.

Examples

Example 1: Printer Sticker Paper Roll

• Paper Type: Printer Sticker Paper Roll
• Standard Label Size: 70.0 × 50.8 mm (3 × 5 labels)
• Print Qty: 5

=> Result: A total of 15 barcodes will be generated.

Example 2: A4 Paper

• Paper Type: A4
• Standard Label Size: 70.0 × 50.8 mm (3 × 5 labels)
• Print Qty: 20

=> Result: A total of 20 barcodes will be generated.
