1. Plan Detail 

This screen is specifically designed for creating custom roles and assigning tailored permissions to Real Estate Agents within the system.

The data entered here will be utilized when configuring various Plans.


  • Add Plan Detail

- Step 1: To create a new role, navigate to the RealEstate module, select Settings, and then choose Plan Details. Click on the "New Plan Detail" button to create a new role.


- Step 2: On the subsequent screen, input the role name and select the corresponding permissions.

*When assigning permissions to an Agent's employee, carefully consider their specific job duties and responsibilities to ensure they have the necessary access

Employees can only see the Property Owner created by the employee themselves

RealEstate Business Brokers

View Own

Employees can only see the Business Brokers created by the employees themselves

Employees can see the Agent's Business Brokers and not the Company's Business Brokers and other Agents.

Assign to Business Brokers

View Own

Employees can only see Properties created by employees and Properties that employees are assigned to

Staff can edit the information of the Properties

Employees can delete Properties information

Real Property Approvals

View Global

Employees can see the Approvals screen.

When employees are selected as the person responsible for approving Properties, they will see the Properties that need to be approved in the Agent. They won't be able to see the properties that need to be approved by other companies or agents

Note: if an employee is only granted View Own permissions to the Properties screen, they will only be able to see the Properties that need their approval

 

Approval Property

Employees see the Approval function for approval

Real Estate Buy Requests

View Own

Employees can see property buy requests created by themselves and requests from customers whose properties are sold by themselves

 

View Global

Employees can see the agent's property buy requests from customers and colleagues

 

Create

Employees can create property buy requests directly for customers

 

Edit

Employees can edit the information of property buy requests

 

Delete

Employees can delete property buy requests

Real Estate Rent Requests

View Own

Employees can see property rental requests that employees have created and requests from customers that the property is rented by employees themselves.

 

View Global

Employees can see the agent's property rental requests from customers and colleagues

 

Create

Employees can create property rental requests directly for customers

 

Edit

Employees can edit the information of property rental requests

 

Delete

Employees can delete property rental requests

Real Estate Tenants

View Own

Employees can see the employee's tenant list

 

View Global

Employees can see the agent's tenant list

 

Edit

Employees can edit the status of the data



2. Plans

This screen is used to create permission constraints for the Properties screen for Property Agents. The data on this screen will be used for the Create Property Agents screen.


  • Add Plan

- Step 1: Choose the Real Estate module -> Select the Settings menu -> Choose the Plans screen -> Select the New Plan function on the screen.


Step 2: The system will display the New Plan screen -> Proceed to enter the required data -> Select Save to save the operation.


*Explanation:

The value in the 'Monthly Listings' field is used to limit the number of Properties an Agent can create each month.

The 'Rate' field currently does not influence any business processes.
