Users can access the modules based on their permission. 

Admin: has unrestricted access to all the modules. You as an admin, can assign permission for role or specific employees.

Add Permission 

    • Step 1. Go to Settings menu under Timesheets & Leave module from the left sidebar.
    • Step 2. Select Permissions menu -> Click on the Add button.

    • Step 3. In the Permissions page, fill the following details: 

      • Role: this set of permission applies to all employees of the select role. 
      • Staff name: this set of permission applies to select staff.
      • Timesheet - Attendance - Viewonly allowed to check-in/out and see his own timekeeping data, export the timesheet to excel file. If the HR Record module is activated, he can see the data of the employees who are managed by him.
      • Timesheet - Attendance - View ( Global)view attendance data of all employees.
      • Timesheet - Leave - View: allows to create and delete his own leave request. If the HR Record module is activated, he can see the data of the employees who are managed by him and he can delete their leave requests.
      • Timesheet - Leave - View (Global): View, create and delete leave requests for all employees.
      • Work routes - View: Allows to create routes for him and the employees who are managed by him (if HR Record module is activated) .   
      • Work routes - View ( Global)allows to create routes for all employees.
      • Timesheet - Additional Work Hours - View : only allows to create his own additional work hours If the HR Record module is activated, he can see the data of the employees who are managed by him and he can delete them.  
      • Timesheet - Additional Work Hours - View ( Global)only allows to create his own additional work hoursView and delete data of all employees
      • Timesheet - Additional Work Hours for Specific Employee - Create: can create additional work hours for all employees in the system
      • Timesheet - Work shift table - View: can see list of shift and shift categories. No permission to create, edit, delete. He can view the data of his own work shift table and the employees who are managed by him (if HR Record module is activated
      • Timesheet - Work shift table - View ( Global): allows to create, editing, deleting shift category and shift. He can view the work shift table data of all employees.
      • Timesheet - Report - Viewsee only his own data. If the HR Record module is activated, he can see the data of the employees who are managed by him.
      • Timesheet - Report - View (Global)view the data of all employees.
      • Timesheet - Workplace management - View: can only see the list of workplaces and workplaces assigned to him, no permission to create, editing, deleteIf the HR Record module is activated, he can see the data of the employees who are managed by him.
      • Timesheet - Workplace management - View ( Global): allows to create, edit, delete workplace and assign workplace for all employees.
    • Step 4. Click Save button
