- Step 1: Declare currencies in Setup -> Finance -> Currencies
- Step 2: Select Settings -> Select the
Currency Rates screen -> Select the Get Online Currency Rates function to
get the conversion rates between currencies
- Step 3: Perform other operations as usual to create a Payslip
- Step 4: When creating a Payslip, you will have to choose the currency for that Payslip. If the default unit of the system is USD and you are trying to convert Payslip to VND, the system will display the conversion value ratio taken from the Currency Rates screen
*Note:
When the payslip is successfully created, the values inside the Payslip will
still be displayed in the current system currency. So you need to Closing
Payslip and see the conversion value through PDF
If the Payslip you choose displays according to the PDF Template, the currency in the PDF will also be displayed in the selected unit when creating the Payslip
When the payslip is closed, the Staff will also
see the payslip information in the currency that the person in charge created
But note: For statistics, the
value of Payslip will still only be statistically in the default currency of
the system
