By default social accounts will show up according to the Workspace that is Set Default, filter the Workspace as desired to see the statistics
The Analytics screen displays an overview of your overall engagement statistics. This helps to better understand your social interactions compared to attributes such as posts, shares, likes, comments. You can set a custom date range to see data for a specific time period and filter by account to see data for specific accounts
At the top, you'll see data like Total posts, Reactions, Shares, and Comments of all the social channels combined.
Engagement Chart / Posts Published: This graph is the result of 5 different attributes all combined into one elegant graph. 4 elements are plotted along the X-axis and 1 along Y. They are the aggregated engagement results of all social channels unified to give you a wholesome understanding of your social strategy. The ones along X-axis are, Comments, Shares, Likes, and Posts Published. These are easily recognizable by their unique color. The appendix of which is also shown.
The Daily Post Impression Trend chart will count the total number of posts posted per day in accounts categorized by social channels
Account Performance Metrics: These metrics show
engagement broken down by social channel.
Facebook metrics will show the total number of Clicks,
Reactions, Shares and Comments
Instagram metrics will show the total number of
engagements and comments
Tiktok metrics will show the total number of
Engagements (Likes, Shares and Comments)
X metrics will show the total number of Likes and Retweets
Youtube metrics will show the total number of Likes, Dislikes, Shares and Comments
Overall Social Engagement Charts: These pie charts show the overall performance of individual social channels including all pages and groups associated with your account.
