Cancel repair job 

To cancel a repair job, follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to the Repair Job Details → select More → choose Cancel.


Step 2. The system will display a popup titled Cancel Repair Job → Click Confirm Cancel Repair Job to confirm the cancellation.


Repair Job Calendar

If you want to switch from the list view to the calendar view, click on .


Each color represents the status of a repair job. When you hover over a repair job, you will see related information, such as:
  • Job Tracking Number
  • Mechanic
  • Device
  • Customer
  • Appointment Date
  • Estimated Completion Date
  • Issue Description

You can filter repair jobs by status by clicking Filter By → Select the desired statuses → Click Apply.


Print Label 

This feature becomes available as soon as a repair job is successfully created.
To help track repair jobs, we use labels. The label size is 50mm (width) × 25mm (height).
To print a label, go to the Repair Job Details → Select More → Choose Print Label.

You can select the information to display in the label under Advanced Options -> Then click Print

Label Configuration Settings

  • Logo default:
    The default logo is retrieved from Setup → Settings → General → Company Logo.

  • Use Dark Logo:
    If enabled, the system will use the Company Logo Dark instead of the logo default.
    If no dark logo is uploaded, it will fall back to the default company logo.

  • Add Repair Location:
    Displays the address of the repair location (branches) on the label.

  • Add Repair Type:
    Displays the Appointment Type information on the label.

  • Add Device Serial Number:
    Displays the Serial Number of the device on the label.

  • Add Date Job Created:
    Displays the Requested Date (i.e., the date the repair job was created) on the label.

  • Add Customer Telephone Number:
    Displays the company phone number of the customer.
    (Retrieved from Customer Detail → Customer Details tab).


Send mail to Customer

Go to the repair job details -> click the send mail icon -> enter the subject and content, then click Send


Print Report

We have two types of reports: Receipt Report and Repair Job PDF

To access the repair job details, click on More, then select Print Report


Then choose the type of report you want to print: Receipt Report ( 80MM) or A4 Report
