Go to OKRs menu under OKR module from the left sidebar -> Click Switch to tree grid button
Switch to tree grid: view a list of OKRs in a tree form to detail the relationship of OKRs to each other
*Note: With the OKRs of the Private type, when viewing the OKRs list as a tree, the OKRs will display the lock icon and not the details contained in this OKR
