New employee onboarding process
Before creating the receiving process, we must set up the Training Data from the Type of trainings screen, then create it by following these steps:
- Step 1: Select HR Records module -> Settings -> Select the Onboarding template screen -> Proceed to add/edit/delete admission criteria in the process.
- Step 2: Navigate to the Onboarding menu screen -> Select Add checklist
- Step 3: The system will display the Add checklist screen -> Proceed to enter the necessary data -> Then click Save to save the operation or select Close to close the screen and cancel the action just done.
Training field data is taken from the Training menu screen
*Explain:
The Training program field gets its data from the Training Program screen. Note: The data will only show the Training Programs created for the Job posting corresponding to the selected employee. The data does not show Training Programs created specifically for Staff
