Models Setting

This data will be used for the Model combobox in Add/Edit Item page. 

Add New Model 

    To add a new model to your organization:

    • Step 1. Go to Settings menu under Inventory module from the left sidebar.
    • Step 2. Select Models menu -> Click on the Add model button.

    • Step 3. In the Add model page, fill the following details:
       
      1. Enter the Model code.
      2. Enter the Model name.
      3. Enter the OrderModel with a smaller order will show up on top in the Model combobox
      4. Check/ uncheck Display: if you check this option, model is Display that will be displayed  in the Model combobox ( Items menu -> Add/Edit item form ).  Opposite, model is Not display that will not be displayed.
      5. Enter the Note
    • Step 4. Click Save button 

    Edit Model

    To edit the details of an existing model :

    • Step 1. Go to Settings menu under Inventory module from the left sidebar
    • Step 2. Select Models menu -> Select the model to be edited and click Edit 

    • Step 3. Make the necessary changes and click Save button 

    Delete model 

      If a model is no longer operational, you can delete it. To delete a model :

      • Step 1. Go to Settings menu under Inventory module from the left sidebar
      • Step 2. Select Models menu -> Select the model to be deleted and click Delete

      • Step 3. Confirm your selection in the following pop-up. The model will be deleted.
