Membership rules

Used to manage the point limit of each card type. Update a customer's membership rule when a customer in the selected group or a specific customer reaches the rule's minimum score.

Create the New Membership Rule

To add a membership rule to your organization:

  • Step 1. Go to Memberships menu under Customer Loyalty module from the left sidebar.
  • Step 2. Select Membership rules tab -> Click on the New button.
  • Step 3. In the Add membership rule popup, fill in the following details:
     
    1. Enter the Name
    2. Select the Customer group
    3. Select  the Customer
    4. Select the Card 
    5. Enter the Point from 
    6. Enter the Point to 
    7. Enter the Description
  • Step 4. Click on the Save button 

Edit Membership Rule

To edit the details of an existing membership rule:

  • Step 1. Go to Memberships menu under Customer Loyalty module from the left sidebar.
  • Step 2. Select Membership rules tab -> Select the membership rule to be edited and click Edit button

  • Step 3. Make the necessary changes and click Save button 

Delete Membership Rule

    If a membership rule is no longer operational, you can delete it. To delete a membership rule:

    • Step 1. Go to Memberships menu under Customer Loyalty module from the left sidebar.
    • Step 2. Select Membership rules tab -> Select the membership rule to be deleted and click Delete button

    • Step 3. Confirm your selection in the following pop-up. The membership rule will be deleted
