Create a discount program for membership by card total, product category, product or apply voucher.This program applies on POS and Portal channels
Create the New Membership Program
To add a membership program to your organization:
Step 1. Go to Memberships menu under Customer Loyalty module from the left sidebar.
Step 2. Select Membership programs tab -> Click on the New button.
Step 3. In the Add membership program page, fill in the following details:
Program infor: Direct discounts on orders for qualified customers 1. Enter the Program name 2. Select the Scope of application: Card total, Product category, Product. Card total: % discount on total bill
Example:
Product category: Discounts only on products in the selected product category.
Example: Product: Discounts on selected products only
Example: 3. Select the Membership rules: this membership program only applies to selected membership rules 4. Enter the Point from and Point to: this membership program only applies to members with points in this range 5. Enter the Start date and End date: 6. Enter the Note
Voucher infor: create voucher code and voucher value. This voucher is only applicable to members who meet membership rules and points and minimum purchase 1. Enter the Voucher code 2. Enter the Voucher value 3. Select the Type: Coupon (Reduced by%) or Voucher (Reduced by amount) Coupon (Reduced by%) Voucher (Reduced by amount)
4. Enter the Minimum purchase: minimum order value to be able to apply voucher
Step 4. Click on the Save button
