Mapping Setup: is used to set up automatic mapping for invoice, payment, credit note, expense, tax, payslip (if the HR Payroll module is active), purchase (if the Purchase module is active), inventory (if the Inventory module is active), manufacturing (if the Manufacturing module is active), fixed equipment (if the Fixed Equipment module is active).

• Automatic mapping: is used to set up automatic mapping for invoice, payment, credit note, expense and tax data.
  
  
  
• Item mapping setup: Used to set up automapping for some special items This configuration affects when creating invoices.
  
  
• Payment mode mapping: Used to set up automapping for some special payment methods. This configuration affects when creating payments from invoice, expense and credit note refund.
  
  
  
• Expense category mapping: Used to set up automatic mapping for some special expense categories. Expenses relate to the special expense category will be mapped to this configuration.
  
  
  
• Tax mapping setup: Used to set up automatic mapping for special taxes. The special taxes of invoices and expenses will map to this configuration.
  
  
• Automatic mapping of payslip: used to map data about total insurance, income tax paye and net pay. Activate all 3 options at the same time to be able to map multiple payrolls in bulk. The payslip cannot be automatically mapped to the account. Manual mapping is required.
  
  
  
• Automatic mapping of purchase: used to map data about purchase order, purchase invoice, purchase payment, purchase order return, refund.
  
  
  
• Automatic mapping of inventory: used to map data about inventory receiving voucher, inventory delivery voucher, loss & adjustment, opening stock.
  
  
  
• Automatic mapping of manufacturing: used to map data about material cost and labour cost in the manufacturing order.
  
  
• Automatic mapping of fixed equipment: used to map data about asset, license, component, consumables, maintenance and depreciation.
