Manufacturers in the Workshops Module

The Manufacturers feature is used to create and manage manufacturers, which are utilized in the Model Creation screen. This allows you to associate model with their respective manufacturers and store relevant contact information for support purposes.

Create a Manufacturer

Step 1: Go to the Settings menu under the Workshops Module.
Step 2: Select the Manufacturers menu.
Step 3: Click the New button to create a new manufacturer
Step 4: A popup titled Add Manufacturer will appear. Fill in the following details:

Name: Enter the name of the manufacturer (e.g., Innovate Systems, GlobalSoft Technologies, TechCorp Solutions).
URL: Enter the manufacturer’s website URL.
Support URL: Enter the URL for the manufacturer’s support page.
Support Phone: Enter the manufacturer’s support phone number.
Support Email: Enter the manufacturer’s support email address.

Step 5: After entering all the necessary information, click the Save button.


Activate or Deactivate a manufacturer

You can enable or disable a manufacturer using the toggle switch in the Status column on the manufacturer list.

Enabled: The manufacturer is active, you can create models with this manufacturer
Disabled: The manufacturer is inactive, you cannot create models with this manufacturer
