This screen is used to enable/disable all programs in the Loyalty Program menu while in the applicable period.

Go to the Configurations menu under the Customer Loyalty module in the left sidebar -> Select the Loyalty settings menu -> enable/disable  Enable loyalty and click on the Save button 

• When checking the Enable loyalty function: customers can redeem or accumulate points while the loyalty program is still valid.
• Conversely, when unchecking the Enable loyalty function, customers cannot redeem or accumulate points even though the loyalty program is still valid.
