Login client portal -> Select the Memberships menu.

  • Point : show the current accumulated points that the customer has
  • Rank: displays the number of points the customer needs to achieve to rank up
  • Next Rank: show the next membership rule type that customers will get
  • On the right is an image of the customer's membership card. The card will display the customer's name, card name, card type, etc. These information are set up at Membership Card Templates.
  • Transactions tab will display transaction history to receive points. Points received from invoice or awarded/deducted by admin

  • The promotions tab will display a list of membership program that customers are entitled 

  • The Redeem Log tab will display the customer's redemption history
