Add New Location

To add a new location to your organization:

• Step 1. Go to Locations menu under Fixed Equipment module from the left sidebar
  
• Step 2. Click on the Add button on the top.

• Step 3. In the Add locations popup, fill the following details:
   
  
  1. Enter the Location name.
  2. Select the Parent (optional)
  3. Select the Manager: is used to select the manager of this location  
  4. Enter the Address
  5. Enter the City
  6. Enter the State 
  7. Select the Country
  8. Enter the Zip Code
  9. Select the Location currency. Currency is created at Setup-> Finance -> Currencies
  10. Upload image
      

• Step 4. Click Save button 

Edit Location

To edit the details of an existing location:

• Step 1. Go to Locations menu under Fixed Equipment module from the left sidebar.
• Step 2. Hover over the location to be edited and click Edit
  

• Step 3. Make the necessary changes.
  
• Step 4. Click Save

Delete Location

If a location is no longer operational, you can delete it. To delete a location:

• Step 1. Go to Locations menu under Fixed Equipment module from the left sidebar
• Step 2. Hover over the location to be deleted and click  Delete
  

• Step 3. Confirm your selection in the following pop-up. The location will be deleted.
  

Location Detail

Hover over the location and click View
