Layoff checklist in Settings - HR Records

The data set in the Layoff checklist will be used in the Layoff Checklist Menu of the HR Profile module

1. Create a new resignation process

  Each department will have a different exit process. To create a new process, proceed as follows:

- Step 1: Select the Add function included in Layoff checklist


- Step 2: The system will open a screen called Add layoff checklist -> We proceed to enter data -> Then select SAVE to save the operation and move to Step 3 or select Close to close the screen and cancel the action just performed


* Note: Department field data will be obtained from Module Setup -> SUPPORT -> Departments

- Step 3: After saving the data at the Add layoff checklist screen, the system will switch to another screen called Configure layoff checklist to perform additional steps in the quit process. Select the ADD function to add a step in the process (go to Step 4) or select the GO BACK SETTING MENU function to return to the main screen displaying the Layoff checklist list with the previously created data line


- Step 4: When selecting the ADD function, the system will display fields like Name of steps in the quit process and who is responsible for doing this. After you have finished entering data, select SAVE to save the data you have just manipulated


* Note: The data in the Person in charge of handing field will be obtained from the HR Record menu of the HR Profile module. The selected employee will have the right to update the resignation information corresponding to the department in charge

2. View the resignation process

- Step 1: Select the corresponding data line -> Select the View function -> The system will display the Configure layoff checklist screen



- Step 2: At the screen Configure layoff checklist -> You can edit more data for the process. Choose Edit or Delete  a step in the process.


3. Edit information the resignation process

To edit the leave process, we select the corresponding data line -> Select the Edit function -> The system will display the Edit layoff checklist screen -> Proceed to edit the data -> Then click Save to Save the action or select Close to close the screen and cancel the action just done


4. Remove the layoff checklist

  Step 1: Select the corresponding data line to delete -> Select Delete function


- Step 2: The system will display a Confirmation message, when you are sure you want to delete the data line, select OK or select Cancel to cancel the operation.


5. Export the layoff checklist

Method 1: To export all the data of the Layoff checklist -> select the display function -> Select All -> The system will display all the data contained in the Layoff checklist -> Then select the Export function-> Select file type you want to export.

Method 2: To export data by search conditions -> Enter search data into Search function -> Data will be filtered by search conditions and displayed on the list -> Then select Export function -> Select the file type you want to export
