Intervals in the Workshops Module

The Intervals feature is used to configure intervals, which are utilized in the Inspection Interval field of the Add Inspection Form. This allows you to define and manage time intervals for inspection schedules.

Create an Interval

Step 1: Go to the Settings menu under the Workshops Module.

Step 2: Select the Intervals menu.

Step 3: Click the New button to create a new interval

Step 4: A popup titled Add Interval will appear. Fill in the following details:


Name: Enter the name of the interval (e.g., Monthly Inspection, Annual Checkup).

Description: Enter a brief description of the interval.

Value: Enter the numerical value for the interval (e.g., 1, 6, 12).

Type: Select one of the following interval types:

  • Day(s)
  • Month(s)
  • Year(s)

Step 5: After entering all the necessary information, click the Save button.


Activate or Deactivate an Interval

You can enable or disable an interval using the toggle switch in the Status column on the intervals list.


Enabled: The interval is active and can be used in the system.

Disabled: The interval is inactive and cannot be used.
