1. Whatsapp Setting
- Step 1: Go to Settings menu -> Select Whatsapp screen
- Step 2: Proceed to enter the
setting values -> Select Save
Settings to save the operation just performed
*Note :
Ø The Enable Whatsapp field, if allowed, will be able to use authentication via Whatsapp, but provided that the Enable Multi Factor Authentication field in the General settings screen is also allowed.
2. WhatsApp Menu
- Step 1: Select MFA Manager menu -> Enable Whatsapp confirmation
- Step 2: Enter the phone number to send the code to when logging into the system.
*Note:
It is necessary to enter the area code of the phone number so that the system can send the
code to your correct phone number on the Whatsapp app
