Business Flow: First, configure the key secret provided by social media platforms in the Settings screen -> Then, create a Workspace -> Next, connect the accounts at the Social Accounts screen -> Next, you can create manually analyzed data or sync data from social accounts in the Raw data screen -> Finally, you scroll to the Analytics screens to view the statistical charts
- Step 1: Select the Raw data menu -> Select the Instagram tab -> Select the account you want to import data
- Step 2: The system will display the analytics data management screen of the corresponding Instagram account -> Select the Import function
- Step 3: Select Download a sample to get the sample file -> Then enter the data into the file

For Instagram:
The Type field will
include data such as Impression, Engagement, Profile Action, Follower, Comment,
Post, Active User, Published Stories, Stories Performance. You must enter the
names of these types correctly for the system to generate data successfully
The Follower field will
have variations such as: Gender, Age, Language, and Country, so you need to
enter the variations in the corresponding column
The Post field also has
variations such as Photo, Video, Carousel
The Stories Performance field has variations such as Story Replies, Story Tap Backs, Story Taps Forward, Story Exits, Story Reach, Story Impressions
The columns in the file such as Reaction, Engagement, Subscriber, Device, Status you don't need to pay attention to when importing data for Instagram (Because these are variant columns of Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, and Twitter)
- Step 4: Select the account you want to import data -> Select file -> Select Import. The system will notify you when your import is successful or failed
