The Sync Job feature is designed to improve the reliability and performance of syncing data (Products / Orders) from WooCommerce to CRM.

The key difference compared to the old sync method is:

• Sync Job supports resumable syncing – the system remembers progress and continues from where it stopped.
• The old sync method (Download button in the Products tab) always restarts from the beginning each time it runs.

This feature is highly recommended when you have a large number of products or orders.

Where to Find Sync Job

Go to: Omni Sales → Sales channel → Woo Commerce → Settings Product → Sync Jobs

Here you can:

• Create new sync jobs
• Monitor sync progress
• Manually run or stop a sync job

Create a New Sync Job

1. Click Add
2. Select Type
   Download Product – sync products (including variations)
   Download Order – sync orders
3. Select Started at (date & time when the sync should start)
4. Click Save

After saving, the sync job will appear in the list with status Pending or Running.

How Sync Job Works

Automatic Sync (via Cron Job)

• When the system cron job runs, all active Sync Jobs will be processed automatically.
• The system will continue syncing from the last processed item, not from the beginning.

Manual Sync

• You can manually run a sync by clicking the Play ▶ button in the Options column.
• Each manual run will download approximately: 350–450 products per run (including variations)
• If you have many products, you must:
  • Click Play multiple times
  • Continue until the job reaches 100% and status becomes Done
