I will give examples and explanations to make it more clear

1. According to Image 1, the system will search in the Lead List to find the person whose "Country" is "Vietnam" and whose "Tags" is "test". Those who meet the above two conditions at the same time will be filtered into the segment

2. According to Image 2, the system will search in the list of Leads to filter out people whose "Country" is "Vietnam" or "Tags" is "test". Just meeting 1 of the 2 conditions above will be filtered into the segment

3. For values like "Phone", "City",.. are used for you to filter the list of Leads by the desired fields.

4. Normally, the system will use the condition "Like", "equals", "Not empty", to facilitate filtering Lead

- If you use the "equals" statement to filter the Tag, you must enter 100% accuracy. (no misspelling, capitalization is usually the same)

- If you use the "Like" command to filter the Tag, you can enter the same as the Tag (it doesn't need to be 100% accurate but can't be misspelled).

- You can also filter the Tag by the "Not empty" statement. The system will filter all Lead has Tag data to display (Or you can choose any field to filter)

- For remaining conditions like "Greater than", "Greater than or equals", "Less than", "Less than or equal" : Display system for future use
