How to Configure WooCommerce Integration with CRM

  • Step 1: Add API Key in WooCommerce

    1. Log in to your WooCommerce website.

    2. Navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.

    3. Click the Add key button.

  • Step 2: Generate API Key

    1. In the Key Details screen:

      • Enter a description.

      • Set Permissions to Read/Write.

      • Click Generate API key.

  • Step 3: Copy API Credentials
    Copy the Consumer key and Consumer secret. You'll use them in the CRM setup.

  • Step 4. Enable WooCommerce in CRM

    1. In CRM, go to Omni Sales module from the left menu.

    2. Select Sales Channel.

    3. Enable WooCommerce by checking the box.

  • Step 5: Configure WooCommerce Channel
    1. Click Setting Channel.

    2. Click Add to create a new WooCommerce channel.

      • Store Name: Your WooCommerce store’s name.
      • URL: Your WooCommerce site’s URL.

      • Consumer Key: Paste the Consumer key copied from Step 3.

      • Consumer Secret: Paste the Consumer secret copied from Step 3.

      • Click Submit to save.

  • Step 6: Test WooCommerce Connection
    1. Hover over your WooCommerce channel → click Edit.

    2. Click Test Connection.

      • If Connection successful, the integration is set up.

      • If Connection failed, recheck:

        • URL

        • Consumer Key

        • Consumer Secret
