To use these features, you need to update your system to version 1.5.1.

1. We have added the Inventory menu: This screen only displays products that have stock on hand and their corresponding quantities. Each product line will show the stock corresponding to each Lot Number and Expiry Date. 

You only need to grant the employee the View (Global) permission for Inventory – Items, and they will be able to see the entire Inventory menu.

2. Permission to view warehouses and item stock based on assigned warehouses: 

Assign to Staffs means that any staff member who is granted this permission can assign warehouses to other users in the system. In addition, it also works as follows:

• If a staff member does not have View (Global) permission but has the Assign to Staffs permission → that staff member will only see the warehouses assigned to them and the item stock in those assigned warehouses

• If a staff member has View (Global) permission → they will see all warehouses and the stock levels of all warehouses.

3. You can scan barcodes using a mobile device to search for products in the Items and Inventory menu. Please refer to the screenshot below and the attached video.
