Holidays in the Workshops module

The Holidays feature is used to define days off (holidays) during which repair job cannot be created. This ensures that no appointments or services are scheduled on holidays.

Create a Holiday

Step 1: Go to the Settings menu under the Workshops Module.

Step 2: Select the Holidays menu.

Step 3: Click the New button to create a New Holiday.

Step 4: A popup titled Add Holiday will appear. Fill in the following details:


Name: Enter the name of the holiday (e.g., New Year’s Day, Christmas Day).

Days Off: Select a single date for the holiday.

Step 5: After entering all the necessary information, click the Save button.


Activate or Deactivate a Holiday

You can enable or disable a holiday using the toggle switch in the Status column on the holidays list.


Enabled: The holiday is active, no repair job can be created for this date.

Disabled: The holiday is inactive,  repair orders can be created for this date.
