Email Template screen in Customer Service

General screen -> Prefix Settings screen -> Email Template screen -> SLAs Menu -> KPIs Menu -> Work Flows Menu -> Categories Menu -> Tickets Menu



The Email Template screen is used to create and manage email templates to send to employees or customers when running ticket processing

The data of this screen will be used for the WorkFlow menu screen


1. Add Email Template 

Step 1:  Select the  Settings menu  -> Select  the Email Template screen -> Select the Add function present in the screen


- Step 2: The system will  display the screen Add Email Template -> Enter the necessary data -> Then click Save to save the operation or select Close to close the screen and cancel the operation just performed. *Note: After saving the Email template, the system will display the variations of the email in the language -> Proceed to edit  according to the guest's language (Because customers have any language, they will be emailed in the corresponding language)



2. Edit Email Template

Select the  Settings menu  -> Select  the Email Template screen -> Select the Edit function present in the screen corresponding to the data stream to be edited



3. Delete Email Template

Select the Settings menu -> Select the Email Template screen -> Select the Delete function present in the screen corresponding to the data line to be deleted
