Custom fields -> Edit File

1. Custom fields

The Custom field screen is used to create and manage fields with free meaning. The data at this screen will be used for the Edit file screen -> You can select the corresponding Custom fields to add information to the file

1.1. Add Custom fields

- Step 1: Select the Document Management module -> Select the Setting menu -> Select the Custom field screen -> Select the Add function included in the screen


Step 2: The system will display the New custom field screen -> Proceed to select the necessary values -> Select Submit to save the action just done


1.2. Edit Custom fields
Step 1: Select the Document Management module -> Select the Setting menu -> Select the Custom field screen -> Select the Edit function corresponding to the data line to be edited


Step 2: The system will display the Edit custom field screen -> Enter the value to be edited -> Select Submit to save the action you just made


1.3. Delete Custom field

 Select the Document Management module -> Select the Setting menu -> Select the Custom field screen -> Select the Delete function corresponding to the data line to be deleted




2. Edit File 
- Step 1: In the File Management screen -> Select the Edit metadata function corresponding to the File to be edited

Step 2: The system will display a screen containing the corresponding information of the File -> Enter the value to be edited -> Select Submit to save


* Explanation:

o   The Custom Files field takes data from the Custom field screen. Select the Custom fields to add information for the corresponding File. * Note: When selecting Custom field, you need to select additional functions to confirm the selection is complete, if you do not select the icon, it is considered as if you have not selected any data.

o   Go to manage function is used to move to the Custom field management screen

o   The Related File field is used to select the File related to the corresponding File. Show only files located in the same folder. * Note: When selecting Related File, you need to select additional functions  to confirm the selection is complete, if you do not select the icon, it is considered as if you have not selected any data.
