Step 1. Go to Settings menu under the Accounting module in the left sidebar -> Select the Mapping setup menu -> Select the General tab -> Enable the Credit Note so that after a credit note is applied to an invoice, that data is mapped to the account and displayed in the report.
Step 2.Select the accounts that need mapping in the Sales field -> Click on the Save button
Step 3. Go to the Credit Notes menu under the Sales module in the left sidebar -> Create a credit notes
Step 4. In the credit note page detail -> Click on the Apply to invoice -> enter the Amount to Credit and click on the Apply button
Result:
Delete Invoices Credited
Go to the credit note page detail -> Select the Invoices Credited tab -> click on the Delete button Result: amount of invoices credited is removed from the report and related accounts.
