Create Vendor's Contact

There are 2 ways to add new contacts:


Method 1. Add a new contact from the Add New Vendor screen by clicking the Save & create contact button


Method 2:  Add new contact from vendor details page.

  • Step 1.  Go to the Purchase module in the left sidebar and select Vendor menu
  • Step 2. Go to vendor detail page -> select the Contacts menu -> click on the Add Contact button


  • Step 3. In the Add Contact popup, fill in the required detaisl:

    Email is unique
    Check "Primary Contact" to make this contact the primary contact. This contact can see Profile Company and edit it. Opposite, If disable this option, this contact can't see Profile Company and edit it. Each vendor has only a primary contact.
