Create Route for employees

Create Route

Employees will check-in/out based on assigned route. This data affects the Check-in/Check-out function in the Attendance page. For employees who have not been assigned a route, when they try to check-in/out, they will receive the message "Route point is unknow". 
  • Step 1. Go to Work routes menu under Timesheets & Leave module from the left sidebar
  • Step 2. Create the route point -> Go to Route tab 
  • Step 3. Select the Month -> click on the box

  • Step 4. Select a route and click on the Save

    Click on the Add new row button to add route points for employees
    Click
    to remove a row
    If Unordered is selected: staff decide which route point to go first.


    if Unordered is not selected: staff must check in/out in order of route point (as shown below)

  • Step 5. Click on the Save button

Map Tab

Display and locate employee route points on the map.
